Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and collecting payments.
• Perform daily front office tasks and duties and support the Manager.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
