Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will perform daily tasks, schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments while delivering compassionate, quality service to our patients.

Training is provided through a four-week program, and you’ll report to the Manager as you balance deposits, credit card processing, and other duties to support a smooth patient experience at our practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organization.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per regulations.
• Schedule/confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, collect payments
• Balance deposits and process credit card transactions
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
