Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) in the United States to join a world-class dental service organization. The role reports to the Manager and involves front office duties, patient scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and exceptional patient service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
