Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Wake Forest, NC. You will perform daily front-office tasks, schedule and verify appointments, assist patients with insurance questions, and help create a welcoming experience for every patient.

You will participate in a four-week training program, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, and work in a collaborative environment that supports development and growth in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to build trust and loyalty with patients.
• Complete a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
