Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the friendly front-line ambassador in our busy practice. You will deliver outstanding patient service, support scheduling, verify insurance, and help create a welcoming environment through a four-week training program.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay: $15–$18 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
