Job summary

Aspen Dental in State College, PA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our Patient Experience team. You’ll participate in a four-week training program and perform daily front office duties to help create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
