Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support by greeting patients and performing daily front office tasks.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist the Manager with daily office tasks and any assigned duties.
