Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will participate in a four-week training program to learn the Aspen standard of patient service and clinic operations.

You will schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support the Manager with daily tasks while delivering excellent patient care and building trust within the community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational abilities

• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
