Aspen Dental in Colorado is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle daily front office duties and provide outstanding patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and perform scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, helping build trust and loyalty with patients. The practice offers a supportive culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and superior patient service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
