Job summary

Aspen Dental invites you to join as a Patient Experience Coordinator, front desk role focused on welcoming patients and supporting efficient office flow. You’ll engage with patients, manage scheduling, and help build trust through compassionate service.

You’ll complete a four-week training program, report to the Practice Manager, and contribute to accurate charting, insurance verification, and payment processing in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
