Job summary

Aspen Dental in Columbus, OH seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front office tasks and build trust with patients. After four weeks of training, you’ll support scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment processing to ensure a smooth patient flow.

You will report to the Manager and contribute to a friendly, collaborative office culture while delivering exceptional service and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
