Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver exemplary front-office support and patient service. You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in this role.

In this full-time position, you will handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, while balancing deposits. A collaborative, positive environment and ongoing training await you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
