Responsibilities

• Coordinates the patient journey from first contact to discharge.
• Serves as point-of-contact for clinic clerical and administrative needs.
• Provides friendly service to patients/clients and team members.
• Manages patient insurance verification and communicates benefits.
• Communicates with physicians and case managers as needed.
• Facilitates a welcoming clinic environment through event-planning.
