Aspen Dental in Virginia is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll report to the Manager and complete daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

The role starts with a four-week training program and includes scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, appointment confirmations, and handling deposits. A high school diploma and strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are required; benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
