Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients at our Irving, TX clinic. You will manage phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle routine inquiries with accuracy and warmth.

You will verify insurance, collect copays, and update patient records in EMA, ensuring smooth clinic flow in a fast-paced dermatology setting. Prior dermatology experience is preferred, and EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience at the front desk in a medical office/clinic.
• Dermatology or cosmetic clinic experience preferred.
• Proficient in patient check-in/check-out workflows and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments.
• Review EMA and update patient information as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain/confirm prior authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and balances at check-in/out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
