Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator for our Basking Ridge, NJ location. You will greet patients, activate files, and support patients and medical staff. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 5:30am–1:30pm, with one weekend per month and rotating holidays.

You will interact with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow, collect payments, and maintain front desk operations. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a similar front desk or patient-facing role.
• Experience in a medical/healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and guide them through the visit.
• Coordinate each phase of the visit with relevant departments.
• Collect payments and verify insurance information.
• Answer phones and handle administrative tasks.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain front desk area.
