Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a Temporary Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role supports patient check-in, scheduling, and care team coordination in a fast-paced fertility clinic environment.

It is a temporary full-time position, Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays, lasting through November. The candidate will ensure smooth clinic operations, maintain patient records, handle communications, and assist in coordinating care pathways to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Update patient files and guide patients through their visit according to provider appointment templates.
• Anticipate patient needs and anxieties, providing reassurance and clear communication.
• Assess scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions to optimize patient flow.
• Collect patient payments and copays as required.
• Verify patient demographic and insurance details for accuracy.
• Send, receive, and scan medical records using fax, electronic communication, and Carelink portal.
• Respond to patient emails and portal messages, escalating when necessary.
• Answer phones and perform daily appointment confirmation calls.
