Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a temporary Front Desk/Patient Services Coordinator in Basking Ridge, NJ. The role greets patients, checks them in, schedules visits, and supports the care team in a fast-paced fertility clinic.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with early shift hours; this temporary, full-time position lasts through November. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of clerical or administrative experience required.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.
• Associate degree or one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Update patient files and guide patients through visits per templates.
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments; maintain waitlists.
• Process payments and insurance information; respond to inquiries.
• Answer phones and manage emails; assist care teams as needed.
