Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator, called Patient Experience Coordinator, to support front office operations and create lasting impressions for patients. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, balance deposits, and assisting with patient needs and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent time management and detail orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and superior patient service.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Assist the Manager with daily tasks and other duties as assigned.
