Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. In this role, you’ll help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients, reporting to the Manager.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role. You will schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payments, and balance nightly deposits in support of a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient service and build trust in line with policies, regulations and dental standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
