Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll handle front office tasks, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient deposits, delivering compassionate service to every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
