Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator in the United States to perform daily front office duties and support patient experiences across our dental practices. The role reports to the Manager, includes a four-week training program, and emphasizes compassionate patient service, scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
