Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, and payment collection to create positive impressions and lasting loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service at the front desk and assist with daily office tasks.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
