You will coordinate appointments, verify insurance, manage referrals, maintain records, assist front desk, and collaborate with clinicians to improve patient experience while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency with office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance, and handle referrals.
