Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact and ensure a welcoming experience from the initial visit through treatment completion.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and a competitive hourly pay of $27–$29 plus performance-based bonuses. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training within a collaborative, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities; strong communication skills.
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of forms and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
