Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to warmly welcome patients from their first visit through treatment completion. You will manage intake forms, schedule appointments, greet patients, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced dental office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
