Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Check-in and check-out patients, updating information as needed.
• Advise patients on financial obligations including co-pays and insurance eligibility.
• Maintain the lobby area and magazines; coordinate physician schedules.
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide accurate information.
• Process mail and medical records with accuracy and completeness.
• Support PMC mission by delivering high-quality patient care.
