Sanitas in Central Florida (Orlando region) seeks a Patient Representative Coordinator (on-site, full-time) to welcome patients and guide them through pre‑visit planning, check‑in, and post‑visit follow‑up. You will verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate records while protecting patient confidentiality.

You will support scheduling, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure timely patient flow and satisfaction in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (healthcare, hospitality, or similar).
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Any combination of education, training and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and determine visit purpose.
• Verify insurance eligibility and complete pre‑visit planning.
• Check‑in/check‑out patients; collect copayments; update demographics in system.
• Ensure timely scheduling and follow‑up appointments; document visits and notes.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain PHI security.
• Respond to patient inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Participate in staff meetings and support center goals.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor workflows to reduce denials.
