Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Parkersburg, WV. You will manage patient flow, assist with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and inquiries, while supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information on clinic policies, procedures, and services.
• Answer patient phone calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor schedules for patient cancellations and follow-up with patients that need to reschedule.
