Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Parkersburg, WV seeks a Patient Coordinator to support patient flow, scheduling, and front-desk functions. You will greet patients, assist check-in/out, and coordinate referrals and tests with clinical staff.

Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and a strong focus on privacy and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a busy specialty practice with daily administrative duties and billing

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred, especially patient coordination.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and common office software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA.
