Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a clinic-based front desk administrator in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will create a smooth patient experience, handle check-ins, calls, and scheduling, and support insurance-related tasks with accuracy.

You will work Monday–Friday with a 10-hour shift pattern, providing essential support to our care teams and patients. The role emphasizes patient-centered service, teamwork, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or admin role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• EHR proficiency preferred (Athena or eCW).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co-pays; assist with insurance verification.
• Support clear communication between patients and providers and update EHR.
• Keep front desk organized and patient-ready.
