The role requires strong front-office skills, proficiency with MS Outlook and Word, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinic staff while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front-office/registration experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with a high level of service.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Verify and update patient insurance and collect co-pays/deductibles at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits.
• Coordinate medical records as needed and support clinic staff.
