Bookmark Medical in Mt. Juliet, TN, is seeking a friendly medical front desk professional to create a smooth, patient-centered experience. This full-time role (30+ hours) supports patient check-in, scheduling, calls, and coordination with providers.

You will verify insurance, manage referrals, maintain accurate EHR data, and help keep the front desk organized. The position offers weekday hours, a collaborative team, and benefits for healthcare staff.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Four, 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts

What you’ll do
