Job summary

Duke Health in Durham, NC is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support daily clinic operations, patient check-in/out, and revenue cycle tasks. This on-site role works Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits and review next-day patients.
• Enter pre-visit orders and file charts.
• Check-in and verify patient information in Maestro Care.
• Post co-payments and balances on accounts.
• Explain billing to patients per policy and PRMO guidelines.
• Schedule tests and procedures.
• Answer phones and relay messages to staff.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
