Qualifications

• Proven working experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls; provide basic information.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries; courier handling.
• Maintain security by following procedures; issue visitor badges.
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing.
