Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with check-in, and monitoring lobby areas while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required.
• Previous Patient Access experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and navigate patients and guests in registration lobby.
• Assist with check-in and monitor registration tracker.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions.
• Model AIDET guidelines in interactions.
• Oversee front desk and lobby area cleanliness and tidiness.
• Provide patient enrollment assistance for Patient Portal.
• Communicate wait times and updates to leadership.
