Job summary

Cornerstone Parking Group, Inc. seeks an Ambassador to serve patients and visitors at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. This high-visibility customer service role requires a personable, professional demeanor and a neat appearance as you greet guests and assist with parking needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Desire to help others – have a passion for customer service.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language.
• Physical demands: Ability to work outdoors in variety of weather conditions. Ability to stand for long periods of time. A combination of standing and walking accounts for approximately 90% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Parking Manager to provide client with seamless service and guests with a positive parking experience.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
• Present neat, clean professional appearance and follow uniform/grooming policies.
• Report for work on time and meet attendance requirements.
• Greet and assist arriving Patients and Visitors.
• Greet and assist exiting Patients and Visitors.
• Retrieve wheelchairs if needed.
• Address customer questions, problems, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Give directions to guests and information about other parking areas.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
