OrthoAtlanta, LLC is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge at our Atlanta, GA location. This on-site, full-time role combines hospitality with front-office duties, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and payment collection.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced medical office, maintains HIPAA compliance, and delivers a patient-centered experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a front-line guest, patient, or member service role with measured service standards.
• Demonstrated experience with a structured service recovery process.
• Aptitude for EMR and practice management software; training provided.
• Professional presence with calm, warm demeanor under pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English; second language a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and personalized attention.
• Remain visible and accessible to answer questions and anticipate patient needs.
• Complete patient check-in and check-out, including registration, insurance verification, consent updates, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.
• Communicate wait times and update patients about delays.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, imaging, and other steps as directed by care team.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR.
• Address patient concerns and assist with service recovery within role scope.
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming reception and waiting areas.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and compliance requirements.
• Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with clinical and admin teams.
