Job summary

Dallas Medical Physician Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and ensure required paperwork is completed.

The role supports daily front office operations in a fast-paced medical setting. Previous medical office receptionist experience is preferred and BLS certification is required or to be obtained on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy.
• Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assigned.
