Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, visitors, and guests with excellent customer service.
• Assists with wayfinding and escorts to destination.
• Assists discharged patients to transportation, helping in wheelchair transfers.
• Answers incoming calls courteously and helpfully.
• Communicates transportation requests to Shuttle Service via two-way radio.
• Maintains neat, organized lobby and front desk area for safety and efficiency.
• Supports Volunteer Coordinator with special projects and tasks.
• Directs volunteers at the front desk as needed.
