HCA Healthcare, Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge to welcome patients and navigate them through registration and waiting areas. You will ensure smooth patient flow and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospital lobby environment.

The role emphasizes greeting patients, utilizing AIDET guidelines, and coordinating with nursing staff to address urgent needs while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and informative patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 year’s patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required.
• Previous Patient Access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests in the registration lobby.
• Model AIDET guidelines in all interactions.
• Oversee front desk and lobby area operations.
• Assist with check-in and monitor registration tracker.
• Provide patient flow updates to leadership.
• Resolve real-time patient concerns.
