Responsibilities

• Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.
• Provide clear communication regarding appointments, services, and next steps.
• Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Check patients in and out accurately, including payment processing.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR and CRM systems.
• Support billing follow-up and communication on outstanding balances.
• Assist with administrative tasks that support daily operations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times and support timely rooming.
• Follow up with new and existing patients to schedule and reschedule appointments.
