Limitless Male Medical is seeking a Patient Relationship Coordinator (PRC) to serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming clinic experience. You will manage scheduling, patient communication, and front office operations to support efficient care delivery.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to minimize wait times, maintain accurate records, and follow up with patients to promote ongoing engagement in their care plans.

Qualifications

• Proficient in EMR, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with professionalism, positivity, and respect.
• Ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.
• Provide clear, simple communication regarding appointments, services, and next steps.
• Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Check patients in and out accurately, including documentation and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR and CRM systems.
• Support billing follow-up, including communication on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times and support timely rooming.
