Job summary

The role involves greeting patients, managing registrations, scheduling and reconciling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with care teams while maintaining patient privacy and accurate records. Experience in healthcare or patient services is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, professionalism.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet and assist patients; manage patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect copays.
• Maintain and organize Provider schedules; coordinate appointments.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and accurate record-keeping.
