Responsibilities

• Provide clear communication regarding appointments, services, and next steps.
• Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Prepare for upcoming days by reviewing schedules and patient needs.
• Check patients in/out accurately, including payment processing.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in EMR and CRM systems.
• Support billing follow-up and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times.
