Job summary

Prenuvo is looking for a Patient Liaison to join our Boca Raton clinic. You’ll be the welcoming face of the practice, delivering warm, professional service and coordinating front-desk tasks.

Requirements: at least 1 year in customer service, flexible hours including weekends, and strong communication with patients, providers, and staff. We offer benefits including free scans for teammates, a 401(k), health/dental/vision, commuter benefits, and flexible vacation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, preferably healthcare.
• Self-starter with training ownership.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Responsibilities: patient check-in/registration/checkout; verify identity and documents; explain post-scan expectations.
• Communication and Coordination: liaison between patients, providers, technologists and clinical staff; keep front desk organized.
• Customer Service Excellence: address concerns with empathy; encourage feedback and positive experience.
