Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking aPatient Liaison for our Wayne, PA clinic to warmly welcome patients, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with clinical staff. You will ensure accurate registrations, assist with forms, and guide patients through post-scan expectations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, especially in healthcare, with a proactive, empathetic approach and the ability to handle busy front-desk operations. Competitive wages and benefits accompany the role.

• Communication: Liaise between patients, providers, technologists and staff; keep front desk organized and efficient.
• Customer service: Address concerns professionally and encourage patient feedback to enhance the experience.
