Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the warm, friendly point of contact for visitors, providers and staff within the Nursing Support department. You will help keep the department running with excellent customer service and support during check-in and check-out.

The role includes coordinating daily activities, updating patient boards, processing orders and maintaining medical records, with a Monday–Friday schedule and two shifts per day plus
