Job summary

Responsibilities

• Escort and assist patients and visitors to clinical areas.
• Respond to in-person inquiries with hospital information and directions.
• Manage lost and found operations and item retrieval.
• Answer calls and connect callers to departments.
• Verify appointment locations in electronic systems.
• Coordinate lodging information and hotel updates.
• Provide notary services as required.
• Assist with campus transportation and deliveries as needed.
