Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with clinic staff to support smooth patient flow.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with providers, radiology, and labs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and manage voicemails efficiently.
• Reconcile cash drawers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with MyChart and kiosk-based self-registration and patient education.
• Guide patients to correct areas and provide wayfinding assistance.
• Monitor and refine scheduling to optimize appointment accuracy.
